Get us to Broadhurst Park quicker - your help needed

As we go into the New Year we are hoping we will be able to occupy our new ground at Broadhust Park as soon as possible. We don’t have a firm occupation date yet but in order to get there as soon as possible the club will need the assistance of members and supporters in the final push to get everything finished.

Whist the main contractor will obviously be doing the bulk of the work, there are some smaller items we want to do ourselves to either save on costs or add to and improve the finished appearance of the Broadhurst Park. With this in mind, the club is asking if there are any members with trade experience (joiners/electricians/decorators/plumbers etc ) who would be willing to assist on either commercial or voluntary basis. Even if you don’t have any particular area of trade expertise we will also need a hand with general labour so if you have any time at all to offer please get in touch with our project manager Dave Payne at projectmanager@fc-utd.co.ukand we will get in touch to see if you can help.

A simple email with a note of your experience and or expertise will suffice. Previous calls for assistance such as the mass stone picking session and ‘The Diggers’ work have helped the Club immensely and we’re looking for similar assistance again. Many hands make light work so let’s all get together and get us to Broadhurst Park as quickly as we can.
