Three new exciting job opportunities at FC United - DEADLINE EXTENDED to MONDAY 10 NOV 2014FC United of Manchester are currently building a brand new community facility and sporting venue in Moston, North Manchester after just under ten years sharing a ground at Bury FC. Temporarily residing at Bower Fold, Stalybridge we are looking to move our operations into the new ground in December 2014.

The facilities include a new stadium grass pitch, artificial turf pitch, and two community grass pitches, set within a 12.5 acre landscaped site in Moston, north Manchester, close to the M60 motorway.

We are now recruiting for the following three key roles to help us deliver our fan experience:

Chef

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to head up our kitchen and catering facility, working closely with the bar manager and business development manager to build and cater for our hospitality operation both on match days and all year round.

Bars Manager

We are looking to appoint an experienced Bar Manager to head up our bar and wet sales throughout the complex, working closely with the chef and business development manager to build and cater for our hospitality operation, again both on match days and all year round.

Grounds Maintenance Manager

We are seeking to appoint a full time Grounds Maintenance Manager to lead our grounds team and to manage the maintenance of these facilities. A horticulture background and particular knowledge of sports pitch requirements are essential.

The applicant should have at least three years’ experience of sports ground maintenance and landscape management, be capable of working individually and as part of a team, and hold a clean driving licence.
