Chadwick, Carden and Orr are back

The good news for United is David Chadwick, Simon Carden and Adie Orr are all back at manager Karl Marginson’s disposal this Saturday for the match against Bacup Borough.

After training this Thursday, Margy told the website: "There’s no injuries other than Rob Nugent. Unless something happens, we’re going to rest him because he’s got a slight thigh strain. It’s nothing serious, but there’s no need to risk him because Chaddy’s back, so it’s swapping like for like."

And although Margy admitted that being without captain Chadwick last week was a pain, he was pleased that it gave him the window of opportunity to fit Liam Coyne in to the starting eleven.

He said: "I thought Liam Coyne did really well. He put in a commanding performance and although Brodsworth weren’t the best, it was a big game. So he’s done well, especially for a young lad."

Adie Orr is also available for selection after shaking off flu, whilst Simon Carden will be back after getting married to Teresa last Saturday and returning from his honeymoon in Dublin.

Everyone at the club sends Mr and Mrs Carden their best wishes and hopes Simon will still have some energy left for Saturday’s game.
