Lancashire League Cup Final

FC United of Manchester’s Development Team take on Thackley in the Lancashire League Cup Final on Saturday May 10th 2014 Kick off 2pm.

This final traditionally takes place at the home of one of the finalists, and this one takes place at Thackley FC. The address is Dennyfield, Ainsbury Avenue, Thackley, Bradford BD10 0TL. Entry will be £2 and Thackley will be producing a match programme.

The club have a good sized social club outside the ground and refreshments inside. They assure us that every effort will be made to provide an enjoyable day for players and spectators.

For Travel By Car
From M62 Junction 26, take M606 toward Bradford. At end turn right onto A6177 (Bradford Ring Road) and follow for 6 miles. Then turn right on to A658 (Airport) for 2 miles then turn left onto A657 for Shipley. After 1.5 miles there is a sharp Z bend, turn right immediately after bend and go straight up hill passing the church (Ainsbury Avenue). The ground is 200 yards on the right.

For Public Transport
Trains to Leeds should be followed by bus (service 760) to Thackley Corner. The ground will then be straight up Ainsbury Avenue. (for bus details see www.wymetro.com)
