Gala dinner volunteers appeal

We will be setting a number of Gala Dinner tickets aside for volunteers who are prepared to help out on the afternoon and evening of the event.

We would expect volunteers to cover the cost of their meal and wine. Likely to be circa £40. The assistance required will be varied, not too taxing and will not be continuous, but will extend from 2pm until midnight.

If this is of interest to you please email office@fc-utd.uk using Gala Dinner Volunteer in the subject line and giving a contact number and membership number. For those who do not have email access call the office on 0161 2738950 making sure you have your information to hand. Please do this before 6th September.

Should we be oversubscribed we will give preference to those who did not attend as volunteers last year and if necessary draw names from a hat.

The 2012 Gala Dinner, generously sponsored by mxdata takes place at the National Football Museum on Friday 14th September, hosted by Mick Ferry, and includes a champagne reception, private viewing of the museum, wine, fine dining, and special guests.
