Get ready for the new season with FCUM Radio
FCUM Radio is proud to present the Season Review 2010/2011. It is now available to download or stream for free from http://www.fcumradio.co.uk/fcum-radio-season-review-201011-part-1/. It’s separated into three parts and features the highs and the lows on and off the field for FC United.
It’s an excellent audio documentary which highlights the ambition and achievements of FC United last season, including highlights from the FA Cup run, the 16 game unbeaten run including some amazing games and the playoffs. It also details the tireless efforts of volunteers who continue to create new fundraising exercises to support FC’s development and assist with their community ambition.

It has been one year now since FCUM Radio’s official launch, and the growth we have seen has been breathtaking. We hit three new listener records last season, peaking with over 1300 connections to the stream at the last game of the season with Colwyn Bay.
Our plans for this season are to continue with the coverage of all FC United fixtures home and away, and further develop the weekly schedule of music and entertainment shows. We are currently working to finalise some sponsorship agreements which will not only cover the running costs of the station, but bring in additional funds for FC United as progression towards a new home continues.
We are beginning community projects to work with teenagers in North Manchester, which will support FC’s community ambitions. The variety in shows we have on the station continues to bring new fans in from outside of the current crop and further spread the glorious word of FCUM.
We currently have double the number of weekly average listeners compared to this time last year, and we’ve seen over the last few months, that even when the football’s not on, you are still tuning in through the week to hear from the DJs.
Thanks to everyone that listens, and thanks to everyone that has ever donated to the radio - your support has meant we have got to where we are now.
