New home kit members' vote - cast your ballot now

As detailed in the General Meeting documents, it is now two years since our current red home shirt was introduced so this is traditionally the time to review whether it should be replaced.

We are aware that members may vote against introducing a new home shirt, but due to time constraints for the manufacturing process we are pressing ahead with the competition before the vote takes place.

Although the competition for designing new shirts by our members has been very popular in the past, this has not been without some difficulties, such as incorporating similar designs from different supporters into a ‘generic’ design and then having to compromise that design into something that was feasible to manufacture. This was particular evident with the manufacture of the current home shirt.

However, members input into the design of our shirts remains paramount. With this in mind we have looked at numerous different designs and decided on a shortlist of four potential new designs for consideration by our members.

You are invited to vote for two designs only in a preferred choice of 1 + 2, including the choice to vote for none of these. We will then award points for these selections (two points for your first choice and one for your second choice) and the one with the highest score will be the design which we will proceed with.

Those members who do not have a registered email address can send their shirt preferences and membership details to FC United, Hope Mills, 113 Pollard Street, Manchester, M4 7JA.

The online voting system will run until 5pm on Monday 4th April.
