Dave 'Max' Parkinson
Dave ’Max’ Parkinson sadly passed away suddenly at home on 23rd February 2010.
Max, as he was known to many FC United supporters, had been absent from the last few games after being involved in a car accident. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
Max had barely missed a game since the inception of this club of ours and was a well known face amongst our travelling support. His wife Ann wishes to thank all at the club for their kind thoughts, words and cards.
The funeral will be held on Wednesday 3rd March at 2.15pm at Burnley Crematorium, Accrington Rd, Burnley, BB11 5QD.
Then onto Barrowford Working Men’s Club, Halstead Lane, Barrowford, BB9 6HL.
