We have been in touch with Bury this morning and they have confirmed that the pitch is fit to play.

The Manchester Road End will be closed this evening as we believe that the Main Stand will be able to accommodate all supporters attending this evening’s game. Closing the Manchester Road End enables us to reduce the number of stewards required thus making the game cheaper to stage. We apologise to those supporters who prefer to stand behind the goal and hope that you understand the reasons for our decision. The Manchester Road End will be open as usual on Saturday for the visit of Lancaster City.
