NEW SIGNINGS: 3 wingers, a midfielder and defender join FC We are delighted to welcome wingers Micah Evans, Jason St Juste, Aidan Chippendale, midfielder Joel Logan and defender Oliver Crowley, who will join the squad for our trip to Dublin on Saturday.

Manchester born Micah Evans aged 24 began his career with Blackburn Rovers and played against FC United in a friendly against Blackburn in 2012. Whilst at Blackburn he had loan spells with Accrington Stanley, Chesterfield and Macclesfield. In 2014/15 he joined Southport. The following season he played for Stockport and featured in our away win at Stockport in December 2015. Later that season he joined Chorley on loan. Last season he joined Telford and was in the starting line-up for Telford’s visit to Broadhurst Park on 9th August 2016. He then joined Worcester before ending the season at Altrincham.

Oliver Crowley is a defender who came through the Everton youth system, before transferring to Watford’s youth system. He joined Bacup and Rossendale Borough for a while, before joining Stalybridge Celtic in 2014, where he would make 65 appearances between 2014 and 2016. Crowley played against FC for Stalybridge in September 2015.

Aidan Chippendale, aged 25 is a winger who started his football career in Bradford City’s youth system before being released at the age of 13 when he joined Huddersfield Town. He was named Huddersfield’s Academy Player of the Year for the 2009–10 season and graduated from the club’s academy in April 2010 after being offered a two-year professional contract. On leaving Huddersfield he had spells with Accrington Stanley, Bury, Chester, Fylde and Ashton United, before eventually settling at Stalybridge Celtic where he played 78 times between 2014-17. Chippendale was on the scoresheet for Stalybridge against FC United at Bower Fold in FC’s 4-2 win in November 2016. Towards the end of last season he joined Bradford PA and came on as substitute against FC on 8th April.

Joel Logan, aged 22 from Manchester, who progressed through the Rochdale youth system, was promoted to the first team squad whilst still a youth team player. He made his professional debut on 20 October 2012, in a 3–1 defeat to Plymouth Argyle in the Football League Two. In 2014 he had loan spells at Stalybridge, Southport and Wrexham. He came on a substitute for Wrexham in our friendly at Broadhurst Park on 1st August 2015. In 2016/17 he joined Guiseley and whilst on loan at Halfifax Town, he once again came on a sub at Broadhurst Park in our 3-0 defeat in March 2017.

Jason St Juste, aged 31, is an experienced left winger, who played for league side Darlington in 2004/05 before signing for Southampton on a short term contract. He failed to appear for Southampton and joined Garforth Town in November 2006. Between 2011-13 he played 47 times for FC Halifax Town, before joining Bradford PA. In 2014/15 he played 28 times for North Ferriby and 4 times for AFC Fylde. In 2015/16 he returned to Bradford PA and played 27 times including Bradford’s trip to FC on 2nd January 2016. Last season he joined Boston United and featured in both league matches against FC United.
