After a goalless first half in which visiting ’keeper Nathan Chorlton had made a series of good saves; Hyde Youth snatched a dramatic winner on 80 minutes when Lewis Haydock rifled an unstoppable shot into the top corner of the FC United Youth goal.
The solitary goal completed the scoring for the afternoon as Hyde Youth held on for a deserved win.
