1. The cost of a single draw ticket or entry is £10.00 and multiple numbers of entries by each individual are permitted.FC United of Manchester – “the Club” Unique Prize Draw Numbers – “tickets” 2. Entrants may purchase draw tickets via FC United of Manchester’s official website – www.fc-utd.co.uk – using the Club’s online credit or debit card payment processing portal. 3. Off-line tickets will be made available to purchase at the Club’s home football matches. To facilitate this, online sales of draw tickets will be suspended two hours prior to and one hour following the kick off of such matches. In exchange for a cash sum at the designated outlet, tickets can then be chosen by and allocated to persons complying with the terms and conditions of the draw by appointed Club volunteers. 4. Each entrant will be given a unique ticket number for each £10 purchase. This number will then be entered into the draws to win each of the main prizes of £1,000 cash, as well as additional non-cash prizes, as detailed below. The five main cash prize draws will take place within 7 days of 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 tickets being purchased. The holder of the winning ticket in each prize draw will receive £1,000, subject to their compliance with the terms and conditions of the draw. The holder of the first ticket drawn out at random will win the £1,000 cash prize. At least 2 non-cash prizes will be awarded to randomly chosen ticket holders thereafter. All tickets purchased will be eligible for each of the 5 prize draws and all associated prizes, subject to the ticket holder’s compliance with the terms and conditions of the draw. No less than 3 Club representatives, including one elected Board member, will be present during the prize draw. 5. The draw is only open to adults aged 18 or over. 6. Entry is not open to Board members and employees of FC United of Manchester and members of their households. 7. Entries are permitted by individuals, couples, groups, companies and other organisations. One individual’s contact name and details must be supplied relating to each entry and where an entry is made by or on behalf of multiple entrants or an unincorporated group of entrants he / she will hold the ticket on their behalf. FC United of Manchester are authorised only to deal with that individual and are not obliged to have regard to any requests from the other entrants. 8. No more than 5,000 entries will be accepted in total. The promoter reserves the right to delay or cancel the prize draw. Any ticket purchased after prize draw thresholds of 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 and 4,000 have been reached but before the date of cancellation of the draw shall be entitled to a full cash refund on the condition that they can prove they are the legitimate ticket holder. Tickets purchased which are then entered into any of the available 5 prize draws will not be refunded. 9. Entrants agree to purchase at least one £10 ticket. When purchasing prize draw tickets entrants may also wish to make a donation to FC United Limited. Any such donation made at the time of purchasing prize draw tickets is not part of the ticket price and is not necessary for entry into the draw. 10. A number of non-cash prizes will be awarded to no less than 10 additional ticket holders. The winners of these prizes will be drawn at random from the tickets purchased prior to each of the 5 prize draws. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel these prize offers where circumstances outside the control of the promoter make it unavoidable. 11. Every purchase must be accompanied with a valid email address, whether purchased on or off-line. Winners will be notified via email using the email address submitted at the time of purchase. If the winner’s notification is returned as undeliverable, or the winner does not contact the promoter within 15 days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternative winner for that prize will be drawn at random from the entire list of original draw entrants. 12. The winner(s) will be reported on the club website and/or in the following match programme. 13. Winners living outside of the UK will be responsible at their cost and risk for the collection/delivery of their prizes. 14. In the interest of openness, all UK winners consent to their names and UK counties being included on a list of winners after the draw and all non UK winners consent to their names and countries being included on that list of winners. The names and UK counties or countries of winners will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to FC United of Manchester, Hope Mill, Pollard Street, Ancoats, Manchester M4 7JA up to 6 weeks after the draw date. 15. Illegible or incomplete entries will be declared invalid. The date and time of receipt by the promoter will be taken as the conclusive date and time of entry. 16. No correspondence will be entered into and the decision of the judge is final. The promoter reserves the right to alter the specifications of the prize and/or substitute the whole or any part of any prize with one of equal or greater value. The promoter reserves the right at any stage in its reasonable discretion to: (a) add to, amend or waive any of these terms and conditions on reasonable notice; and/or (b) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control; and/or (c) disqualify an entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules and to declare as void any entries based on such conduct; and/or (d) to declare as void any entries resulting from any printing production and/or distribution errors.
